Slow Cooked Short Rib Ragu
Gramp’s Ragu is a simple hearty sauce delicious over any pasta or tries a no egg noodle. Locally sourced boneless short ribs, onions, diced tomatoes and red wine simmered for a couple hours makes our Ragu a go-to anytime.
Reheating Instructions: Defrost in fridge overnight, when ready to eat warm up slowly in a saucepan on the stove top and toss with pasta or no egg noodles.
