Bison, Wild Boar, Veal Bolognese Sauce


Gramp’s put a twist on this Bolognese sauce.  Traditionally made with equal parts ground veal, beef, and pork we have replaced the beef and pork with bison and wild boar.  Cooked at a low simmer for a couple of hours gives Gramp’s Bolognese a wonderful rich thick flavor.

Reheating Instructions:  Defrost in fridge overnight, when ready to eat warm up in a saucepan on the stove top and toss with pasta.

Available frozen in a sealed 15oz. single-serve container.
